Banana Chips Industry in Segalamider subdistrict is a central of banana
chips business in Bandar Lampung.the problem which happens in the banana chips
industry in Segalamider subdistrict associated with Supply Chain Management is the
procurement of unreliable raw materials from the area of Bandar Lampung itself,
because it can not cover the production needs of banana chips, the lackness of
product added value, marketing or product distribution, and partnership problems.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Supply Chain Management
on Company Performance on Banana Chips Industry in Bandar Lampung.
Population and Sample in this research is all of the owner banana chips business in
Segala mider Bandar Lampung, with the limited population of the existing industry,
then the entire population in that place is the object of research, in this study there
are 34 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on the variable Supply
Chain Management has the positive influence and significant to variable of Company
Performance, in Supply Chain Management there are five indicators the best
response is indicator of Quality Of Information Sharing thus if Supply Chain
Management done well of course will result the betterment of corporate performance
for the Banana Chips Industry in Segalamider subdistrict, Bandar Lampung.

Industri Keripik Pisang di Kelurahan Segalamider adalah kumpulan usahausaha
keripik pisang yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada
Industri keripik pisang di Kelurahan Segalamider yang terkait dengan Supply Chain
Management yaitu pengadaan bahan baku yang tidak dapat diandalkan dari daerah
Bandar Lampung saja, karena tidak dapat menutupi kebutuhan produksi keripik
pisang, kurangnya nilai tambah produk, pemasaran atau pendistribusian produk, dan
masalah kemitraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
Supply Chain Management terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada Industri Keripik Pisang
di Bandar Lampung. Populasi dan Sample yang ada pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh
pemilik usaha keripik pisang yang ada di Kelurahan Segalamider Bandar Lampung,
dengan terbatasnya populasi industri yang ada maka seluruh populasi di jadikan objek
penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu 34 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian
hipotesis pada variabel Supply Chain Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap variabel Kinerja Perusahaan, dalam Supply Chain Management terdapat
lima indikator dari lima indikator tersebut hasil dari jawaban responden yang
mendapatkan respon paling baik adalah indikator Quality Of Information Sharing
(Kualitas Berbagi Informasi) dengan demikian apabila Supply Chain Management
dilakukan dengan baik tentu akan menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan yang lebih baik
bagi Industri Keripik Pisang di Kelurahan Segalamider Bandar Lampung.
